Centennial Conference Football Players of the Week

October 15

Offensive Player of the Week
Diante Ball, Jr., RB, Dickinson
Winchester, Va. | Millbrook
Ball was a huge catalyst in the Red Devils picking up their fifth win in a row on Saturday with a 40-20 victory over McDaniel. He recorded 267 yards of total offense and scored three touchdowns. Ball showcased complete dominance on the ground needing just ten touches to post 163 yards and two scores. He also added two catches in the pass game to record his first 100-plus yard receiving game as a Red Devil, racking up 104 yards which included an 85-yard TD. The fifth straight victory for the Red and White is their longest winning streak since the 2009 season when they also won five in a row. The five wins on the season so far for Dickinson is their most since 2018 when they secured five victories and finished with a 5-5 mark.

Defensive Player of the Week
Ryan Bodolus, Sr., DE, Ursinus
Pottstown, Pa. | Pottsgrove
Bodolus dominated the William Paterson offense in the Bears' 39-15 win on Saturday afternoon. Bodolus registered nine tackles (four solo), 5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and also forced and recovered a fumble in the contest. As a defense, his efforts helped the Bears limit the Pioneers to just 58 yards of total offense and a staggering low -35 rushing yards.

Special Teams Player of the Week
EJ Talarico, Jr., WR/KR, Johns Hopkins
Chicago, Ill. | St. Ignatius
Talarico returned three kickoffs for 140 yards and one touchdown to fuel a 34-27 win at F&M.  After the Diplomats had taken a 20-13 lead midway through the third quarter, Talarico returned the ensuing kickoff a school-record 98 yards for a touchdown to pull the Blue Jays even and ignite a 21-point run that gave Hopkins a 34-20 lead.  The 98-yard kickoff return breaks Talarico's previous school record for the longest return (96 yards vs. Ursinus in 2022).
