Gumbinger carded the low round of the tournament - a five-under par 67 - on day two of The Gauntlet to finish as the runner-up in a field of 66 competitors. The sophomore opened the 36-hole event at Hawk Pointe Golf Club with a three-over 75 to sit in a tie for 19th place after day one. He came out firing in the second round, recording seven birdies and two bogeys to jump 17 spots in the individual standings, finishing with a two-day score of two-under 142.

Women's Golf Athlete of the Week
Keishlyan Vega, Fr., Marymount
Bayamón, Puerto Rico | American Military Academy 
Vega posted rounds of one-over 74 and five-over 78 (152) to take second place at the Bridgewater Invitational at Lakeview Golf Club. Vega finished just one shot off the lead in a field of 57 golfers, helping the Saints to a second-place finish in the team standings.
