Gettysburg enters the 2023-24 campaign as the two-time defending Centennial champions and prohibitive favorites to three-peat with the majority of last year's roster returning.

The Bullets and CC runner-up Johns Hopkins went on to represent the Centennial in the NCAA Tournament, marking the 15th time in conference history and fifth season in a row that multiple teams qualified for the national tournament.

Leading the list of retuners to the conference is Gettysburg's Mackenzie Szlosek, the reigning CC Player of the Year and a Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) All-America honorable mention pick from last year. Szlosek and Haverford's Ally Landau also earned D3hoops.com All-Region accolades last season, with Laudau securing All-Region honors for the second time in her career.
