Yuen & Chang Named CC Golfers of the Week

Yuen earned CC weekly honors for the second time this fall aftering leading the Garnet with a two-day score of three-over 145 to tie for second place individually at the RPI Collegiate Invitational. Yuen finished just one stroke behind the champion and helped Swarthmore capture the team title in a field of 15 teams. He carded a two-over 73 in the opening round, recording an eagle and a birdie. Yuen improved his score in the final round, posting a one-over 72 with five birdies. As a team, Swarthmore bested second-place NYU by five strokes. 
 
Women's Golf Athlete of the Week
Eunice Chang, So., Marymount

Chang won the Golden Oaks Shootout hosted by Arcadia to lead the Saints to their fourth-consecutive team title this fall. Chang bested a field of 45 golfers with a two-day total of three-over 147, carding rounds of thee-over 75 and even-par 72 to win the first individual title of her career. The sophomore also placed seventh at the Dickinson Fall Invitational, carding a nine-over 81. For the week, Chang averaged 76 strokes per round across three rounds.
