GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Twenty-one Centennial Conference swimmers are set to compete at the NCAA Division III Swimming Championships beginning Wednesday at the Greensboro Aquatics Center.
The 2025 championships are set to take place March 19-22 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C. The Greensboro Aquatic Center and the Old Dominion Athletic Conference will host the event. A total of 579 participants (526 swimmers and 53 divers) will compete in the championships. All events are contested with morning preliminaries. The top 16 swimmers advance to the finals during the evening session. Trials begin at 10 a.m. each day with the finals sessions beginning at 6 p.m.
The Swarthmore women lead the way for the Centennial with nine qualifiers headed to the national meet, while the Swarthmore men will send four to the national meet. The Gettysburg women will be represented by eight swimmers.
Thirteen of the 21 CC qualifiers will vie for repeat All-America honors this week. On the women's side, Swarthmore's Quinn Weygandt, Sophie Rotival, Erin Szuromi and Elle Anthony seek All-America awards for the third straight season. Swarthmore's Genine Collins and Ainsley Jane Tambling and Gettysburg's Mia Yancey, Delaney Reck, Mia Morreale, Valerie Lawton and Maya Knoller will each attempt to earn repeat All-America nods. On the men's side, Swarthmore's Cami Wilson and Cole Griscavage each earned All-America honors at the 2023 meet in the 400 medley relay.
Collins (5th in 50 free), Weygandt (6th in 400 IM) and Wilson (8th in 100 fly) own the top seed times across the conference entering the championship.
