Eight from Centennial Collect All-America Nods

JHU's Bourdo earns All-America recognition from three organizations

Eight Centennial Conference football players collected All-America honors, led by Johns Hopkins senior defensive back Carson Bourdo and senior offensive tackle Michael Nwosu, who both earned first team accolades from multiple organizations.

CC players earning All-America recognition include JHU's Bourdo (AP-1, D3football.com-1, Walter Camp), Nwosu (AP-1, AFCA-1, D3football.com-1), senior quarterback Bay Harvey (AP-3, D3football.com-2), junior wide receiver Cole Crotty (AP-3, D3football.com-3) and junior defensive lineman Will Seibert (D3football.com-3), Franklin & Marshall senior wide receiver Gary Lewis (AP-2, AFCA-2) and junior long snapper Will Galligan (D3football.com-3) and Ursinus sophomore defensive back Nick Strusowski (Walter Camp).

Bourdo was named to the AP first team and D3football.com first team and was one of just 25 players to earn a spot on the Walter Camp All-America team. Bourdo joins Luke Schuerann (DL / 2021-23) as the only multiple-time AP All-Americans in JHU program history. He finished fourth on the team in tackles (60), tied for team-lead in interceptions (4) and was second in pass breakups (7) as a senior.  He capped his career with 195 tackles, nine interceptions and 19 pass breakups. This is the third All-America selection of his career (AP-2, D3football.com-1), while he was also recently named the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Year, First Team D3football.com All-Region and First Team All-Centennial.

Nwosu grabs his second, First Team All-America nod of the 2025 season as he was previously named to the AFCA's top team. The fifth Blue Jay offensive lineman to earn AP All-America honors, Nwosu earns his fourth career All-America nod (D3football.com-2, AFCA-1, AP-1).  A starter in a school-record 51 consecutive games, he has helped lead the way for a Blue Jay offense that is averaging 41.5 points and 458.9 yards per game this season.  The Blue Jays have scored at least 27 points in all 13 games to-date and have rushed for more than 200 yards and passed for more than 200 yards in four of the last five games.

Harvey becomes the first quarterback in Johns Hopkins history to earn AP All-America honors and just the third Blue Jay quarterback to earn All-America honors from any organization.  The D3football.com Region 2 Offensive Player of the Year, Harvey has thrown for 3,091 yards and 31 touchdowns and has rushed for 621 yards and 12 more TDs this season.  His marks this season for passing yards, passing touchdowns, total offense and overall touchdowns responsible for all rank in the top seven in program history, while his 12 rushing touchdowns are a program single-season record for a quarterback.

Already named First Team D3football.com All-Region and First Team All-Centennial Conference this season, Crotty becomes the first Johns Hopkins wide receiver to earn All-America honors from any organization since College Football Hall of Famer Bill Stromberg in 1981.  Entering this week's game, Crotty has 80 receptions for a school-record 1,315 yards and 13 touchdowns to his credit on the year.  Among Division III junior receivers, he is the active national leader in career receptions (220) and ranks second in touchdown receptions (27), while his 3,161 career receiving yards are the most among junior wide receivers in all divisions of the NCAA.

Seibert led the Blue Jsys in sacks (8) and finished second in tackles for loss (11.5) while also compiling 48 tackles. He was a first team All-Centennial and first team all-region pick from D3football.com. He now has career totals of 112 tackles, 23.0 TFLs and 15.5 sacks and his selection gives JHU an All-American defensive lineman for the fifth consecutive year.

Lewis is F&M's first AP All-American since 2004. The CC Offensive Player of the Year caught 59 passes for 1,055 yards to go along with a school-record 18 touchdown receptions. In addition to breaking his own school record for touchdown receptions in a single season, Lewis' 1,055 yards receiving were the most by an F&M player since 2017 and the sixth-highest single-season total in program history. Lewis averaged nearly 18 yards per reception while setting new school benchmarks for touchdowns scored (19) and points scored (114) in a single season. Lewis finished his career with 2,896 receiving yards to rank third all-time in program history. His 40 career receiving touchdowns, 41 touchdowns scored, and 246 career points scored all established new school career records. He finished his career ranked 10th at F&M with 3,045 all-purpose yards.

Galligan earned third-team honors from D3football.com. Galligan's honors come from the long snapper position where he was a first-team All-Centennial Conference and second-team all-region honoree. His precision helped lead one of the top special teams' units in the conference which featured the first-team All-CC place kicker and punter. Galligan played in all 11 games during the 2025 season where the Diplomats won the Centennial Conference Championship and made their first-ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

Strusowski capped a breakout season for Ursinus as a Walter Camp All-American, one of just 25 players throughout the country to earn that distinction. The organization named just one Division III team and the Walter Camp All-America Team was first selected in 1899 with only the highest level of college football a part of the process for many years. For the first time in 2024, a Division III All-America Team was added and the selection of Strusowski this season makes him the first Walter Camp All-American in program history.

In his first season as a starter, Strusowski led the Centennial Conference with eight interceptions and returned a pick-6 against Kean back in September. His efforts against Kean earned him Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors and a spot on the D3football.com Team of the Week. Strusowski also earned the Kenneth E. Walker trophy as the most outstanding Ursinus player in their homecoming game and grabbed two interceptions in the Centennial-MAC Bowl Series win over Lebanon Valley. Strusowski was a Second Team All-Centennial selection at safety and tied for third on the team with 56 tackles (32 solo) and ranked third on the team with five pass break-ups.
