Johns Hopkins continued its conference winning streak last winter, reeling off its 13th straight CC indoor title. At the 2024 championship, the Blue Jays claimed gold in 13 of the 19 events to run away with the crown. With six returning All-Americans and 18 returning All-Region performers, it's no surprise that Hopkins is once again favored to hoist Centennial hardware this winter.

Lauren Phillips headlines the list of returners for both Hopkins and the conference. The senior sprinter is the two-time defending CC Indoor Track Athlete of the Year and the lone two-time All-American returning to the CC this winter. Phillips returned to the podium at nationals in the 400 meters last year, taking third place. Phillips has already cemented herself as the top sprinter in conference history with CC indoor records in the 60 (7.64), 200 (25.10), 300 (41.15), 400 (55.00) and 500 (1:17.17).

A total of seven All-Americans and 35 All-Region honorees from eight different teams are back competing in the Centennial this winter.
