Swarthmore Sweeps Day Two Finals

Genine Collins sets 50 freestyle records

Session 3 Results

LANCASTER, Pa. -- Swarthmore swept gold in all eight events to highlight Friday's night session at the 2025 Centennial Conference swimming championships. The Garnet lead the women's standings by 76 points while Gettysburg has a nine-point edge over Swarthmore on the men's side heading into Saturday. 

Swarthmore's Genine Collins produced the top performance of the night, breaking her own conference and championship meet records in the 50 freestyle. Collins recorded the first sub-23 second time in Centennial history, touching in 22.88 seconds to top her time from last year's championship. 

Quinn Weygandt three-peated in the 200 IM at 2:04.14 to become the fourth swimmer in CC history to win the event at least three times. Ava Craig captured gold in the 500 freestyle for the Garnet at 4:49.49, while the Swarthmore women's 400 medley relay of Erin Szuromi, Sophie RotivalNorah Rutkowski and Collins took gold in 3:46.84. 

On the men's side, Swarthmore's Ham Williams-Tracy, Danny Castle and Cami Wilson collected gold along with the 400 medley relay squad of Levi Tipton, Dylan Ling, Wilson and Cole Griscavage. Castle put together one of the more exciting moments of the session, coming from behind over final 50 yards to win the 200 IM in 1:50.11. Wilson won the 50 freestyle in 20.32 while Williams-Tracy took gold in the 500 freestyle with a time of 4:31.60. 

The Garnet 400 medley relay squad closed out the night with a victory in 3:18.48. 

Championship action resumes Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
