LANCASTER, Pa. -- Swarthmore swept the major awards to highlight the 2025 All-Centennial Women's Tennis Team. Nathalie Williams was named Player of the Year, Erin Li was tabbed Rookie of the Year and the Garnet coaches received Coaching Staff of the Year honors.
Williams becomes the fifth Swarthmore player and first since Lia Carlson in 2014 to take home the conference's top player honor. The senior owns a 13-3 overall singles record including an 11-3 mark from the No. 1 spot and a 6-0 record in conference play. In doubles, Williams boasts an 11-5 record, primarily playing at the top doubles position.
Li nabbed Rookie of the Year laurels, becoming the fourth Garnet to win the award in its 12-year history. Li is 15-5 in singles, primarily from the No. 2 position, and 12-9 in doubles with matches at both No. 1 and No. 2 this season.
Swarthmore head coach Jeremy Loomis and Ross Silverberg were named Coaching Staff of the Year by their peers in the conference. The Garnet are 16-4 this year including an 8-0 mark in conference play and the program's first Centennial title since 2006.
Eight players secured All-Centennial accolades for at least the second time in their careers. Swarthmore's Williams and Kathleen Shiffer became three-time all-stars along with F&M's Jenna Harrison. Now two-time honorees include F&M's Mackenzie Sherman, Gettysburg's Sarah Guistwite, Haverford's Rachael Fitzgerald, Swarthmore's Ella Strickler and Ursinus' Allie Armour.
Swarthmore led all teams with five player on the All-CC team. F&M and Haverford each captured four spots followed by Dickinson (3), Washington College (2), Gettysburg (1) and Ursinus (1).
