Weygandt & Wilson Nab Bronze; CC Secures 10 All-America Awards on Day Two

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Swarthmore's Cami Wilson and Quinn Weygandt secured bronze medals to lead 10 All-America performances from the Centennial Conference on day two of the NCAA Division III Swimming Championships at the IU Natatorium on the campus of IU Indianapolis.

Weygandt finished in the top five of the 400 IM for the third year in a row and secured her fourth career All-America award in the event with a time of 4:20.86 to finish third. Wilson also garnered a third-place finish, taking bronze in the 100 butterfly to secure first team All-America accolades in the event for the second straight season. His finish was the top 100 butterfly placing for a men's swimmer in CC history. 

Wilson later contributed to the 14th-place finish for the Swarthmore men's 200 freestyle relay (1:20.94) along with Danny Castle, Levi Tipton and Luke Magnuson. The Swarthmore women's 200 freestyle relay quartet of Genine Collins, Riley Bacinski, Sam Packard and Elle Anthony won the consolation final to finish ninth at 1:32.43, earning second team All-America. 

Gettysburg's Evan Graham placed seventh in the 400 IM at 3:52.83 to grab a spot on the All-America first team. Graham reset his own CC record in the event during the morning prelims with a time of 3:51.69. 

Ursinus' Caelan Ladd won the consolation final of the 400 IM to take ninth place in the event withh a time of 4:21.94, which ranks second on the CC all-time list, behind only Weygandt. 

JHU's Ken Lee took seventh in the 100 butterfly (55.11) to lead the Hopkins women on day two. The Blue Jay 200 freestyle relay team of Elizabeth Cohen, Kimberly Lan, Renee Bak and Anna Miler closed out the night with a 15th-place finish at 1:33.74 to grab second team All-America honors. It is the fourth time in the last five years that JHU has produced an All-America 200 Free Relay team.

The Hopkins men captured a pair of individual All-America honors in the 400 IM, with Matthew Hartshorn placing 10th (3:52.63) and Alessandro Pereira taking 16th (3:57.52).
