LANCASTER, Pa. -- Franklin & Marshall's Belle Dintino earned Defensive Player of the Year honors for the second time in her career to lead the 2026 All-Centennial Women's Lacrosse Team. Gettysburg's Julia Daly, Muhlenberg's Emma Youngling, Swarthmore's Kate Fox and the Haverford coaching staff also collected major awards.
Dintino, a senior defender for the Diplomats, becomes the eighth overall player and third defender in Centennial history to receive Player of the Year honors multiple times, having also received Defensive Player of the Year accolades as a sophomore in 2024. She joins Gettysburg's Lily Macatee (2023 & 2025) and F&M's Vanessaa Budd (2015 & 2017) as players to win Defensive Player of the Year twice in the 12-year history of the award. Dintino ranks tied for fourth in the CC with 43 ground balls, sixth in caused turnovers (28) and 12th in draw controls (57). The senior directed traffic for the F&M defense while consistently marking opponents top attackers. She collected first team All-CC accolades for the fourth time in her career, joining an elite club of just three players to achieve that feat along with Gettysburg's Caroline Sullivan (2021-22-23-24) and F&M's Lydia Cassilly (2022-23-24-25).
Daly, a senior attacker for the Bullets, was tabbed Attacker of the Year. She is the ninth Gettysburg attacker to collect Player of the Year accolades. Daly is tied for the CC lead with 84 points, ranks tied for third in goals (56) and seventh in assists (28). Daly became Gettysburg's all-time leader in career goals (249) this season and is just four points shy of Jordan Basso's career points record entering the NCAA Tournament.
Youngling, a junior midfielder for the Mules, received Midfielder of the Year honors, becoming the first-ever Mule to earn that distinction. Youngling's all-around contributions resulted in 54 goals, 19 assists, 73 points, 108 draw controls, 29 ground balls and 16 caused turnovers this season. She is tied for the CC lead in draw controls, ranks fourth in points and fifth in goals scored.
Fox, a freshman attacker for the Garnet, burst onto the scene en route to Rookie of the Year honors. Fox ranks sixth in the Centennial in goals (52), 10th in points (61), tied for fifth in draw controls (87) and tied for seventh in caused turnovers (26). She is the first Swarthmore player to win top newcomer accolades in the 13-year history of the award.
The Haverford coaching staff was tabbed as Coaching Staff of the Year after guiding the Fords to the No. 1 seed in the CC regular season for the first time in program history. Head coach Katie Wertman and assistants Anna Devlin, Shannon Horn and Roma Hladky have led the Fords to a 13-6 overall record, a 7-1 mark in CC play, a runner-up finish in the CC tournament and an at-large bid to the NCAAs.
Fourteen players secured All-Centennial laurels for at least the second time in their careers, including a trio of four-time honorees - F&M's Dintino and Lauren Pittman and Gettysburg's Daly. Dintino was named to the first team for a fourth straight time, while Pittman and Daly were honorable mention picks as freshman in 2023 before reeling off three consecutive first team awards.
Historically, Franklin & Marshall (96) and Gettysburg (93) lead the conference in first-team All-Centennial selections, followed by Ursinus (37), Haverford (35), Washington College (34), Swarthmore (27), Dickinson (26), McDaniel (20), Muhlenberg (17) and Bryn Mawr (2).
