Centennial Conference women's lacrosse players secured 18 of the 32 available spots on the 2026 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Metro Region Team, including 11 of the 16 spots on the first team. 

All-Region spots were fairly evenly distrubuted among seven different CC teams, led by three honorees apiece from Franklin & Marshall, Gettysburg, Haverford and Washington College. Muhlenberg, Swarthmore and Ursinus each nabbed two spots on the All-Region squad. 

A total of 256 student-athletes were honored with a selection to one of the All-Region teams for 2026. These student-athletes are now eligible to be named to a national IWLCA All-American team. The IWLCA will announce the 2026 IWLCA Division III All-American teams on May 22.
