The 2024 season marked the 16th time in Centennial Conference history that multiple teams qualified for the NCAA Tournament, meaning that for exactly 50% of the conference's existence the CC has sent at least two teams to the national postseason.

CC-champion Johns Hopkins advanced to the quarterfinal round before falling to Christopher Newport, while McDaniel won its first round matchup but bowed out to NYU in round two. The quarterfinal appearance was the 11th in CC women's soccer history and the ninth for the Blue Jays.

Hopkins owns the most titles in conference history (17), including three in a row, followed by Gettysburg (5), Muhlenberg (3), Swarthmore (3), Haverford (2) and McDaniel (1).

One All-American, eight All-Region and 24 All-Centennial players return to the pitch this fall, led by JHU's Annie Isphording. Already a three-time All-American, Isphording has a chance to become just the second player in CC history to claim that distinction four times along with former teammate Katie Sullivan, who earned her fourth All-American honor as a senior last season. Isphording is also the reigning CC Defensive Player of the Year and a three-time All-Region and All-Centennial honoree.

JHU's Megha Salvi and Swarthmore's Ava Gizzie also boast multiple All-Region awards on their resumes, having both earned first team All-Region accolades each of the past two years.

Eight Centennial teams welcome back at least one all-conference honoree this fall. Swarthmore leads that tally with five, including Gizzie and reigning Rookie of the Year Aminah Evans. Hopkins and Washington College are next with four apiece, followed by Dickinson (3), F&M (3), Gettysburg (2), Haverford (2) and McDaniel (1). Other multi-time all-conference performers returning this season include Dickinson's Lila Brown, F&M's Colleen Ferrarese, JHU's Ella Macko and Haverford's Lauren Anderson

In the United Soccer Coaches Preseason National Rankings, Johns Hopkins is ranked fifth while McDaniel is one of eight teams just outside the top-25 but receiving votes.
