LANCASTER, Pa. -- Centennial Conference fall awards are now complete as we turn our full attention to the winter sport seasons with weekly awards distributed in basketball, swimming and wrestling for the week of Nov. 13-19, 2023.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
Player of the Week
Nate Williams, So., G, Gettysburg
Morganville, N.J. | St. John Vianney
Williams led the Bullets to a 2-0 week, averaging 20.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals, 1.0 block and 3.5 three-pointers per game. In a 78-70 win over Stevenson on Wednesday, he scored 15 points on 5-of-11 shooting to go with eight rebounds and four steals. In an 88-87 double-overtime victory at York (Pa.) on Saturday, Williams netted a career-high 26 points, hitting 6-of-13 from the floor, including 5-of-7 from long range. He was also 9-for-9 from the free throw line to go with four rebounds and two assists. For the week, he shot 45.8 percent from the floor, including 7-for-14 from 3-point range, and 92.3 percent from the line.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Player of the Week
Ally Landau, Sr., G, Haverford

Landau shined for the Fords in their home opener, defeating Immaculata 62-48 in their only game of the week. She led all scorers with a season-high 31 points on 43% shooting from the field, grabbed 12 rebounds, and dished out five assists. Landau also paced all players on the floor with four shots made from behind the arc in a season-high 40 minutes. During the contest, Landau tied career highs in field goal attempts with 30, and blocked shots with two.

MEN'S SWIMMING
Athlete of the Week
Sean Conley, Sr., Franklin & Marshall
Arlington, Va. | Washington-Lee
Conley won the 100 and 200 IMs and posted three marks that rank in the top 20 nationally at the F&M Invitational. Conley's top time came in the 100 IM at 52.85, which ranks fifth in the nation and second all-time in Centennial Conference history. Conley also won the 200 IM at 1:51.95, which ranks 19th in the nation, and was part of the third-place 200 medley relay team that touched in 1:32.36, which ranks 18th nationally. All three of those marks rank atop the CC so far this season.

WOMEN'S SWIMMING
Athlete of the Week
Olivia Pyott, Jr., Gettysburg
Lancaster, Pa. | Manheim Township
Pyott led the Bullets in a 150.5-111.5 loss to No. 8 Johns Hopkins on Saturday with a pair of program records. Individually, she lowered the 100 breaststroke record with a victory in the event, touching first with a time of 1:04.89, which ranks 20th nationally. She was also part of the 400 medley relay that hit a NCAA B-Cut time and smashed the previous program mark by nearly two seconds, joining Natalie Wisniewski, Bramley Hawkins and Delaney Reck to win the event with a time of 3:50.98, which is currently eighth in the nation. Pyott also swam a personal-best time of 2:20.84 to finish second in the 200 breaststroke - just 0.15 seconds off the program record. Pyott's 200 breaststroke time ranks 12th in the nation and second all-time in Centennial history.

WRESTLING
Athlete of the Week
Jake Hoffman, So., 165, Johns Hopkins
Pound Ridge, N.Y. | Fox Lane
Hoffmann picked up the first in-season tournament title of his career with a first-place finish in the 165-pound bracket at the Shenandoah Invitational. Hoffmann went 4-0 with three technical falls and one win by decision en route to his title and helped Johns Hopkins to a third-place finish in the team standings.
